Using ETI’s automated Remote, Monitoring and Management (RMM) software, ETI monitors the health of all PCs and servers and identifies issues that may impact that system’s performance. This includes monitoring the antivirus status, backup status, CPU usage, disk health, disk performance, disk space, failed logins, hardware and software inventory, IP address, memory usage, network connectivity, patch status, uptime, warranty status, windows event log, firewall status, and failed services. Any identified issues will trigger a service ticket to be automatically created in ETI’s ticket management system to be addressed by a technician or ETI’s automation server which provides an automatic response to resolve some issues.
Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Using ETI’s RMM software, ETI will perform routine maintenance on your system to ensure it is running optimally. This includes backing up and clearing event logs, checking the disk, cleaning up temporary files, defragmenting disk(s), disk cleanup, emptying the recycle bin, optimizing VHDs (Hyper-V server only), and performing weekly reboots.
Windows & 3rd Party Patch Management
Using ETI’s RMM software, ETI will scan for and install missing updates for supported Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft applications, as well as a number of 3rd party applications.
All antivirus licensing is included for Servers, MAC’s and PC’s. Antivirus software is business grade next-gen antivirus (Sophos). Our antivirus solution allows ETI to actively monitor, manage, and update deployed devices, ensuring that your business is protected and secure. In the event of a virus/worm/adware/spyware being detected a ticket will be created in ETI’s ticket management system. ETI will address viruses as requiring an emergency response by a technician to confirm virus removal.
Included as part of our managed services, or available as an a-la-carte solution, our mail security solution helps safeguard against spam, viruses, malware, ransomware, spear phishing, social engineering attacks, impersonation, spoofing, business email compromise, and other email-borne threats. Digest reports showing mail caught by the filter is delivered up to 3-times a day to the end user. Also included is 24/7 email continuity via a web console, so you will always be able to send and receive emails even if your primary mail server became unavailable.
Risk assessment reports providing meaningful and measurable steps to identify, assess, and eliminate data security risks. Features include risk assessments, discovery of sensitive data, deep system scans, and DSS, PAN, PII & PCI compliance scans.
End-user support provided by our technicians when you need it. Call our support team or submit and track support tickets directly from your PC.
Our integrated backup solution allows ETI to actively monitor, manage, and update deployed devices, ensuring that your business’s critical data is protected and available for restore & recovery. Managed backup includes the following: backup status monitoring, quarterly backup testing, remediation of issues preventing the installation or performance of managed backup, and restoration and recovery services. Automatically backs up servers and workstations to a local location as well as a secure online location using AES 256-bit encryption.
Phish Threat Simulation and Training
The best way to prevent your computer from being infected with viruses and malware is through education and proactive security measures. Training includes simulated phishing attacks, instruction in company IT policies and best practices, and compliance training and testing.
Microsoft 365 licensing and management. Microsoft 365 is a subscription with multiple plans available. We will work with you to help determine the required plan. Microsoft 365 plans can include email hosting with a 50 or 100 GB mailbox, email archiving installable Office software (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access), SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive and 1 terabyte of storage for file storage and sharing.
Any data stored in Microsoft 365 does not get backed up by default. Our Microsoft 365 backup solution resolves this issue by providing granular backup and recovery of the Microsoft 365 data (email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive data) to a secure online location using AES 256-bit encryption.
